Prodisiplin Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 Scope and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of language learning and coachıng services provided by Prodisiplin to all enrolled learners, whether they are individuals or corporate clients. By enrolling in a course or using Prodisiplin’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all learners, regardless of their geographic location, including but not limited to learners based in Turkey, the European Union (EU), and other international regions.

For learners based in the EU, Prodisiplin complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the extent applicable to a small business. For learners based in Turkey, our policies align with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK - Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kanunu). Learners in other jurisdictions are subject to these terms in compliance with applicable local regulations.

If you are registering on behalf of a company for corporate training, it is your responsibility to ensure that all employees or participants are informed of and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Prodisiplin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official website and/or directly to enrolled learners.

2. Lesson Policies

2.1 Attendance and Rescheduling

  • Learners must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled lesson time for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Exceptions are made for emergencies, provided that valid proof is submitted.

2.2 Payments and Late Fees

  • Payments must be made within the first five days of every month for the lessons that took place in the previous month.

  • A 10% fine will be applied for every 30 days of delay, calculated based on the original debt amount.

  • The 30-day delay period starts from the 6th of each month.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

3.1 What Data We Collect

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Company Name and Email Address (if applicable, when the company pays for the training)

  • Business Sector and Profession (to offer customized lessons and tips)

3.2 Why We Collect Your Data

Prodisiplin collects personal data to:

  • Notify learners of changes to their courses.

  • Manage rescheduling requests efficiently.

  • Distinguish learners for personalized services.

  • Share learning materials, links, course agendas, notes, and feedback.

  • Facilitate communication between instructors and learners.

  • Customize lesson content based on learners' business sectors and professions.

3.3 Data Protection Compliance

  • Prodisiplin complies with GDPR to the extent applicable to a small business.

  • Prodisiplin fully respects and follows KVKK in Turkey.

  • Personal data is not shared with third parties unless legally required or necessary for course administration.

  • Clients have the right to request removal or adjustment of their personal data at any time by contacting Prodisiplin’s administration.

4. Account and Behavior Policies

4.1 Account Security

  • Learners shall not share their account details (username and password) with others.

  • Any misuse of accounts may lead to suspension or termination of services.

4.2 Conduct on Social Media and Platforms

  • Learners must act respectfully and avoid unnecessary activities when engaging in discussions or using Prodisiplin’s learning platforms.

  • Group members are responsible for their own behavior and must adhere to community standards.

5. Special Terms for Learners Under 18

  • All the lessons for kids are online.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for:

    • Making payments.

    • Notifying Prodisiplin of absences, cancellation, and rescheduling.

    • Managing the learner’s account and communicating with Prodisiplin’s administration.

These policies are in place to ensure a smooth learning experience for all clients and to uphold Prodisiplin's standards of professionalism and compliance.
